Twenty years of experience turned into an ecosystem of frameworks, teaching, tools, and practice, gathered in one place, with ongoing mentorship for practitioners who are ready to go deep and stay there.

You're not enrolling in a program. You're in residence.

As a Member, you get access to the full body of thought-leadership development curriculum and tools (Our Signature 5 Program) and a standing place in a community of coaches, facilitators, educators, designers, consultants, artists, and thinkers. Practitioners and thought leaders doing impact-driven work who take it seriously and know how to have a good time doing it.

Here’s what you’ll find on campus: 

The Workshops — all year, included. Once a month, live teaching session open to the public. You get in free. Every time. That includes live attendance, the replay, and all the tools and resources that go with it. Approximately 10 workshops per year covering thought leadership, business, communication, equity, coaching, and creative practice. The public pays to attend. You're already inside.

The Living Room Session — Once a month, 90 minutes, just us. We open with a 30-minute seminar, a focused teaching moment on whatever is most alive and relevant based on what's happening in the world, or what’s most relevant in the community. Then we move into 60 minutes of coaching, consulting, or just space holding. Whatever you need. You bring what you're working through. We work through it together.

This is the room you come to when you need to think out loud, get honest feedback, and great insight.

One intensive per year. Trudi teaches subject-matter intensives/courses throughout the year on topics including coaching and critical consciousness, program design, thought leadership, creative practice, and equity- and liberation-focused topics. Some are open to guests. Some are members only — never sold publicly, never broadly announced. 

Your membership includes your choice of one each year, and discounted access to everything else, so you can keep going. (Intensive topics include: Transformation by Design, Coaching & Critical Consciousness, The Expanded Practice, and more) 

The Writing Circle — once a month. Alternating times between weekend mornings and weekday evenings (eastern time zone). You show up, you write, you're in the company of others doing the same. Bring your own work, or use the prompts we have each session. No critique, no performance — just dedicated time and the right people around you. This is how the work gets done.

In-person gatherings — A few times a year, we get in a room together. Some gatherings are included in your membership at no additional cost.

Others are ticketed experiences where members get priority access and member pricing. Either way, you're always first through the door.

Our first members' gathering is the Summer Salon on June 20th, 2026, in Mystic, CT.
