Our Certification Programs
The Coach Certification
Students in the 12 month coaching track will specialize in developing advanced coaching skills that will prepare them to serve a diverse range of clients who bring a myriad of personal, cultural and racial context into coaching sessions.
Students in this track will learn the importance of self-determination and consent and learn how to navigate between the roles of coach, facilitator, space holder, guide, mentor, advocate, consultant, and critical friend.
Equity-Centered Coaching Practitioners strive to achieve fluency in navigating these roles.
The Leader Certification
Students in the 12 month leader track will focus on building and leading businesses that center equity.
Students will honor the benefits of having financially successful businesses while learning to dismantle practices, policies, and procedures that are rooted in racism, oppression, and toxic capitalism.
Equity-Centered Coaching® Leaders will focus on power-sharing, decision making, culture building, and strategic planning techniques that aim to create more liberation and equity in the workplace, and among clients and other stakeholders.
The Dual Certification
Students in the dual track will complete the requirements in both the coach and leader track. These courses may be completed simultaneously or in succession (12+ months)
Our students master our signature Equity-Centered Coaching®️ framework which prioritizes self-determination, consent, cultural responsiveness, and high-quality coaching.
Coaches and leaders who learn and practice this approach will become effective, high-quality coaches and leaders who are confident in their ability to work with and lead muti-cultural, mutl-racial clients and teams, and lead equity-centered organizations.
Students who complete the requirements and pass a series of reviews will be granted a certification that demonstrates their commitment to building an anti-racist and equitable business.
