A training and support intensive for k-12 Equity Administrators

The Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching® is excited to be providing an unique opportunity to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging administrators in public k-12 educational institutions to gather, learn and get specialized support in leading and coaching equity initiatives.
- Increase your fluency with DEIB concepts, frameworks, and your ability to communicate them with your teams.
- Feel confident discussing the scope of your work to district board, staff, and community members.
- Create plans to measure outcomes for your 2022-2023 initiatives.
- Increase your coaching skills and your ability to develop the DEIB efforts of your teams.
- Develop the deep professional relationships and extended community that are critical to the personal and professional success of DEIB professionals.
Program Dates:
- Online Orientation, July 14th
- In-Person Intensive Retreat, July 20th – 22nd in Hartford, CT
- Monthly Coaching Support, once per month August 2022 – May 2023
