The Anti-Racist Coach Retreat
A virtual retreat for coaches who are ready to attract (and serve) diverse clientele.
Join us on September 22-24, 2021!
You made an anti-racist pledge, now what?
Becoming a more anti-racist and equitable coach is deeper than signing a pledge and posting diversity statements.
It’s about becoming a culturally responsive coach that understands the relationship between identity, environment, and life outcomes.
When you approach your clients without an equity lens, your coaching practice is incomplete.
And when your coaching practice is incomplete, you’re susceptible to defaulting to common coaching practices rooted in white supremacy.
And you’re here because you want to make good on your pledge to becoming a more anti-racist coach.
Join us for The Anti-Racist Coach Retreat and learn…
