Courses are great. They are important parts of the learning process. But building a business that is striving towards anti-racism, and prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusion is a daily practice that you commit to long-term.

We are in the midst of co-occurring social crises:
- a global health crisis
- climate crisis
- economic crisis
- an uprising in the demand for racial justice (#BlackLivesMatter)
If these issues aren’t an indication that we need to rethink the nature of work and start to ask how impact-driven, equity-centered businesses can start to make a shift in these issues, well… then I don’t think you’re in the right place.

The Call

It’s time for coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs to take a more active role in creating an inclusive, equitable, anti-racist world. And we can do this by changing the nature of our work and how we do business.
It’s time to acknowledge as a collective that:
- We can do good business and create equity and inclusion
- High-quality coaching can be a critical component of improving the quality of life for ALL people
- Our business practices are a living, breathing example of what we stand for
- It's time to just do better
The Collective Membership Levels
Basic Membership
Membership Community
A facilitated community where members will participate in weekly learnings, reflections, training, and conversations with other members. This community will be the hub of member engagement and will be a safe container to engage in deepening your learning and building your equity-centered practice.
Live Trainings - 2x per month
Each month, Trudi and her team members will deliver live trainings to the community that focus on our central topic for each month. Members can attend these trainings live or watch the streamed recordings. Planned themes include: trauma-informed coaching, conflict resolution, advanced coaching skills, gender inclusivity, and more.
Digital Course Library
The membership will be our central community for delivering our advanced digital course trainings. Members will receive immediate access to our Impact Incubator course (value $597), Show up and Serve workshop (value $97), and all of our digital courses moving forward as part of our membership.
Expanded Membership
Expanded membership includes all the member benefits above plus access to weekly office hours.
Weekly Coaching Office Hours
Expanded membership students are invited to participate in our weekly office hour coaching calls. Those calls are held by the full coaching team (including Trudi) and feature topics including:
- Launch Lab: Planning equity-centered launches, new offers, and marketing strategy.
- Unpacking Whiteness: For white-identifying participants who want to go deeper into understanding how the culture of whiteness impacts us all (and how to unpack those harmful patterns in our life and businesses).
- BIPOC Peace Lounge: For our BIPOC participants who want a space to connect and talk business, life, and self-care in an affinity group where you can just be you and be seen.
- Liberatory Leadership: Sessions will focus on internal and external aspects of leadership and building a practice that creates more liberation, freedom, and self-determination for you, your teams, and your communities.
- Co-Working: Hang out with our team and your colleagues to get work done.

Membership in this program is a 12-month commitment. Building an equitable, anti-racist practice takes time and commitment. Therefore, this is not designed as a drop in program. We look forward to building community with you all.
