For more than two decades, I’ve been designing transformational experiences across education, business, personal development, and culture, all with the goal of shifting how we live, learn, work, and lead.
That perspective is grounded in my own story. I was a teen mom and high school dropout who homeschooled myself back into college at 16. By 32, I was a college professor in Human Services, and by 40, I had built multi–seven–figure businesses, written an award-winning book (The Antiracist Business Book), co-hosted a top-ranked podcast, and advised clients ranging from eight-figure business owners and entire school districts to nonprofit leaders, doctors, therapists, journalists, and authors.
I’ve trained thousands of coaches, teachers, social workers, and entrepreneurs, spoken on TEDx stages, and built a career at the intersection of psychology, equity, and cultural transformation.
